Housekeeping and Service Specialists oversee tasks inside the home and help with the logistics of third-party services made by the client. While the in-home tasks and services used will vary by residence, your primary goal should be the highest level of hospitality. Housekeeping and Service Specialists May Include: Working alongside the Home Manager and other members of the AliceHome team to deliver an exceptional resident experience Review resident profiles to understand home and personal cleaning preferences Delivering packages & stocking groceries Help keep the home running smoothly by changing sheets, removing trash, recycling, and emptying the dishwasher Wiping counters and tidying a residence Documenting key details about the home, personal preferences, and other information to provide an excellent service experience Documenting and uploading photos and visit notes to the company drive One-off todos as needed Your Experience and Traits: Experience in hospitality or service provider industries Excellent customer service and attention to detail Prefers working independently and enjoys responsibility High value on trustworthiness and discretion of clients Passion for serving others Enjoys an active job that has you on the move Excitement about working in a company that is quickly evolving and growing The Must Haves: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Valid driver's license, driving record, and access to transportation Eligibility to work in the US Personal computer, tablet, or smartphone Complete and pass a background check AliceHome is an equal opportunity employer.
