Black Toolbox Fell off pickup at Moore's lane and Rt. 31

A black toolbox fell out of the back of a pickup in front of me at around 12:30 PM Saturday afternoon, 8/27/22, at the intersection of Moore's Ln and US Rt. 31. The driver did not notice, and did not come back. Fearing that the power tools and hand tools all over the road would cause a safety hazard and be potentially destroyed, I picked them up and brought them to the Brentwood Police.
