Description

Drummer wanted for some retro rock, blues and country - preferably in his 50s close to us (see location). Just a player who wants something casual yet focused. Unfortunately, I’ve spent the past few years bogged down in the business side of music and am tired of it. I want to do music again - create, record, jam, live, all of it! Otherwise, beats and fills are order of the day. Neil Peart isn’t needed. The guy in the pic will do just fine. But be forewarned, we're music geeks and love to talk history, making records, etc., and "sip" beer (beer bellies welcome). And, please, no rock clichés, parolees, mercenaries-pros, etc.... Like I said, I’ve spent some time on the business side of it and have figured out how to make records and do something with them (for those with some ambition). Finally, we have a boatload of recording equipment, live in the world of spinning tape and vinyl records, and would love to do some kit double-miking, hang some in a drummer’s spare room or garage, have some fun, and make it happen. Very local, only.
