Need Skilled Rough Framing Carpenter

I am in need a (1) skilled rough framing carpenter who knows how to fully read complex construction plans ( structural adn architectural floor plans, hardware schedules, shear wall schedules, structural details, etc) without assistance and very skilled in building layout and line snaps. We are looking for someone to start early next week for a 4 story, 16 unit apartment building over podium deck apartment building already under construction (starting 2nd floor wood framing). Must have previous mid rise ( 4 to 5+ stories) new construction apartment building experience. Please text name and desired hourly rate. Text messages are preferred over phone calls.
