High End Wedding Videographer Wanted for Ongoing Work - $200/hr

WHO WE ARE Hey there, we are, a luxury cinematic wedding videography company started in Boston with our main chapters in Boston, Chicago, Philly, NYC, and Washington DC/Baltimore (where our home office is). DETAILS We are looking for a talented and driven lead shooter to join our Boston team. We're looking for someone willing to do between 10 and 20 weddings per year, potentially more in the future. We can offer $200/hr (normally 9 or 10 hours per wedding) to the right person, but for that extremely competitive rate we do expect someone with considerable talent, ample lead shooter experience, and all the necessary gear (or willingness to upgrade to our specs) JOB DESCRIPTION Film weddings in our style Hire and pay your own 2nd shooters (we provide extra money for this, but it is up to you to secure them for each date) Occasionally communicate with clients (generally the bride or groom) before the wedding during the booking process. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Must have AMPLE experience shooting weddings and be able to show your work from said weddings Must be willing to commit to dates far in advance (6-12 months) Must be professional, driven, and a hard worker Must have a reliable car Must be personable and communicate well Must have fast response times to emails/texts/phone calls MUST BE RELIABLE. You cannot be late or miss a wedding. Ever. Obviously! GEAR REQUIREMENTS At least 3 camera bodies of the same brand, two of which are 4k60 and LOG capable (We prefer Sony, either FX3 or a7sIII) An assortment of lenses that we will discuss with you Gimbal Slider Drone Other miscellaneous gear to be discussed **Please note, if you do not currently own all of this we do have solutions so don't let that deter you from applying if you are otherwise qualified to shoot in our style COMPENSATION - $200/hr to lead shoot HOW TO APPLY - If interested, please send a link to your WEDDING video work, your equipment list, and anything else you'd like us to know
