Cute pup in need of good home

Looking for a good home for our dog Red. We are unsure of how old he is but we believe he is about a year old. We are rehoming him because we have tried to make it work with two dogs but he just doesn’t calm down around other dogs. We brought him home a few months ago and have tried to train him but no amount of treats or exercise will settle him down as long as another dog is in the home so he needs to preferably be the only dog in the home. When he’s around no other dogs he is very calm and listens perfect he really is a good dog. He gets along with other dogs and people he just gets overly excited he is “people/dog reactive” not in an aggressive way though. He loves to go on walks and will cuddle up in bed with you at bedtime. He is very smart and with the right amount of patience and some training he would be an amazing family dog. He is about 35 pounds maybe 30 and we think he’s a golden retriever mix but are unsure because we were given barely any info on him when we got him. He has slight anxiety so will sometimes whine and is very picky so we make his food at home and put cbd power from petco in it. He will come with all his stuff, food, cbd,toys,collar and leash. Asking a small rehoming fee of 250$ to make sure he goes to a good home and isn’t just sent from home to home. He does well around older children but does accidentally knock smaller ones over.
