Hi! We are looking for a house manager who is detail-oriented and able to come to our home a 1-3 times per week. The ideal candidate has interests in cleaning, organization, dogs and grocery shopping. We live right outside of Park City in Kamas, UT and would need you to be able to provide your own transportation to our condo. Both my husband and I work from home and are needing help with light housekeeping, running errands (grocery shopping) and laundry/bedding.
This is a part time job and flexible - you can come over when it's convenient for you (preferably the mid morning, but we can be flexible on this). We have one small dog that is hypoallergenic so you must be comfortable with dogs. There is potential for the role to expand if you enjoy cooking and want to help out with cooking meals occasionally.
Core weekly tasks:
Home:
- Laundry - wash/fold clothes in the hamper & replace bed linens
- Clean - tidy up - 2 bed/2 bath - we only really ever use 1bed/bath so the upstairs rarely needs cleaning, common areas & kitchen (2 people living here with 1 dog)
- Grocery shop
- Meal prep if this is something you are interested in (we have most of our recipes but need help occasionally with meal prepping)
Required Skills:
- Experience with house cleaning/keeping things organized
- Enjoys organizing
- Experience cooking most low carb meals (we mostly eat meat and vegetables so this would be helping prep lunches or vegetable dishes)
- opportunity to expand the role to more cooking - experience with cooking keto meals
- Experience with dogs (>10 lbs)
We travel occasionally so won't be needing help when we are out of town, this is strictly part time and hourly for someone that is looking to work 3-5 hours/week on their own schedule.
