Hiring wall builders and One lead Carpenter. Wall builders need to have a minimum of 1 year experience in residential framing, pay $18-$22 an hour. LEAD CARPENTER Minimum of 10 yrs experience. Pay depends on experience $20-$35 an hour. Most of our work is in Lansing area, but occasionally we do travel to Traverse City area. We have been in the residential framing business for 25 years. We have a unique way of framing houses, we panelized almost all of our buildings and set with a crane at the end of the day. It makes things a lot easier on your back. We have plenty of work and have new contractors calling me almost every day. We work on the average of 45 hours a week. If you're interested give me a call.
