The answer is simple, those people are into recycling so when something is broken like California they want to fix it by staying. California was once majority conservative it can be again. This is their positive message they remain to fix what's broken.

There is ONE reason why I do not live in a place like Texas, Kentucky or Idaho. I do not agree with the mentality of the people there. Why would anyone live in a place where they were unhappy and then spend every waking moment complaining about it? Unless of course you are just an angry person who love to complain. regardless of your circumstances. But that would be pathetic...
