Needing help moving sheet rock to start with

Hello, Im helping a elderly man repair his home to a livable state again. Im needing someone willing to help with some grunt work. Two people have offered us free sheet rock BUT it needs to be carried up from there basement to the truck and then off the truck into the mobile home being repaired. We will also need someone to carry some VERY gross moldy carpet to the trailer for the dump. Im not rich but theres a need here so Im doing my part and Im blessed to have found a couple ladies willing to give there time and work for free. Im only able to pay $10 a hour and I hope to not go over 5-10 hours. If you can help it would be VERY appreciated THANK YOU
