quick $160 wknd cash: spark plugs, and coils, tune up

I have a beautiful 2005 Jaguar S Type (4.2 Liter V8). It has a few (4 plugs) misfire notices on an auto zone printout...I don't want to take it to a Mechanic and go through the whole, BS process of they need 3 million dollars, okay, $300,000...you know what, $10,000 and then have to wonder how many actual parts they put into my car (This is Vegas). I am a PhD student at UNLV, I just want someone to put in the plugs and coils (former Mechanic or side job of existing mechanic ) and I'll pay you cash of $160, but you have to remove the Restricted Performance Notice on my dash and the Check Engine Light. I'll provide the tools at the testers for you!! Probably one hour of work, maximum 2 hours. The car runs excellent, it's just slightly noisier, and the gas is running too rich.
