Lawn mowing job - bid needed

I am in need of someone to mow the lawn at 3762 Midway Rd, Hermantown, MN, 55810. The home is vacant. I need two bids please: 1) a bid to mow and weedeat the areas of the yard that have been maintained previously, and 2) a bid to cut the overgrown area in the back by the outbuilding/shed (see attached picture).
