Im trying remodel my property which was my grandparents but need help with costs. If your willing to help will pay back costs plus 20 percent at 20 percent of rentals for property until you get paid back. Its a mixed use property not far from UNM area and used to have store in front. But store closed but house and in back of property is small house. Anyone who has background in electric n plumbing n remodeling with Adobe and concrete and painting flooring bathroom and kitchen work would be great to talk to.
