Retrieve bound 14”x11” folio from narrow bulkhead space

I accidentally inserted a soft bound, 14”x11” map folio (book), into a bulkhead slot, thinking it was a purpose built book slot. It was not. The slot is close to 4 feet deep and the folio descended out of reach of my hand. My forearm is too thick to allow me to reach down into the bulkhead space to grab and retrieve the folio. The slot is 3-4 inches in width. If you have a retrieval method that can extract this please give me a heads up. I’m even open to renegotiating the price - if you have a method of retrieval. I am not open, at this time, to disassembling the bulkhead. That could change in the future.
