Description
Individual needed for on-site grounds maintenance and miscellaneous light building maintenance at an HOA community. Duties include cleaning up grounds, fence or light building repairs, monitoring parking, or other various projects that are not contracted out to trade specialists and may be assigned to you. No smoking, drugs or alcohol allowed. Candidate must be dependable and pass a background check.
