CALL (970)-776-5263 for details Job Title: Production Operator Base Pay: - 1st shift - $20/hour Regular Shift Hours: - 1st shift - 7:00am-3:30pm (M-F) Job Description: - Operators will be working in production facility that tests for the mining industry - Handling canisters of process samples, weighing them, and recording data - Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Steps include: loading sample into machinery, monitoring machine run, and loading the next sample - Day-to-day tasks may vary depending on demand - Production workers will have opportunities to work pilot plants - Pilot plants provide workers with A LOT of potential overtime (up to 40+ hours) Additional Information: - Labor, production, and/or construction experience preferred - Mechanical aptitude is a plus - Attention to detail required - Must be comfortable lifting of 55+ lbs - Must be flexible on hours/shifts - Start date: ASAP - Great experience for those looking to begin a career in manufacturing Pilot Plant Information: - Overtime will be a huge bonus...can receive pay for 80+ hours in 1 week - Overtime pay - $30/hour - Projects vary in length - could be 1, 10, or 100 days - Operators will work normal 1st shift hours after pilot plants and go back on 12-hour shifts for new ones For multiple-week projects: - Hours: 5-to-5, rotating shifts (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off, etc.) Pilot Projects Hours: - 1st shift - 5:00am-5:00pm (M-F) - 2nd shift - 5:00pm-5:00am (M-F) Example of 10-day Project Total Payout: - Total Regular Hours ($20/hour) - 76 hours - Total Overtime Hours ($30/hour) - 44 hours - Total Payout for 10 days = $2,840 Work Environment: - Industrial laboratory setting - Labor intensive and production-oriented position
