Treadmill - bring to 2nd floor and assemble

I have a boxed treadmill sitting outside the front of my apartment building. I need it brought up to the 2nd floor where my apartment is, and unboxed and assembled. There's no elevator, so it has to be brought up the steps. It is very wide and heavy. It can't be carried by 2 people. And it might take awhile to assemble. I have no tools.
