No! 1% of taxpayers DONT pay 90 percent of USA income taxes.. I have no idea where BB got that information because he will not post any links or charts. The top 1% pay 38.8% The bottom 90% pay 29.2% And, the bottom 50 percent don’t pay taxes because they have no taxable income. Rick Scott from florida and BB want to tax poor people.
