Lost Russian Blue neutered male cat. Grey with green eyes, a damaged ear, and a black and white striped collar. Tony is a friendly older cat with urinary/bladder issues who needs to be on prescription wet cat food. He jumped out of the car window somewhere between Market street and the Triple Butte area near Wendemere.
