Singer/Guitarist for band and co-writers

I'm an experienced musician looking to join/form a band with the intention of writing and playing local gigs for the time being. I sing and play guitar as my primary instruments. Acoustic, Rock, some heavier(and lighter stuff) with some pop and R&B sprinkled in here and there. I don't have a bass or drum kit at the moment, but I am still solid on both. Studied Ray Luzier's workouts and technique years back on drums and really have no problem putting down on a bass either. My Gear: Main amp:Black star combo Practice amp: Vox Main Guitars: Fender Strat Ibanez AX300 (Acoustic) Effects: -Boss(OD, Distortion, Delay, Synth, etc.) -Earthquaker Device (Data corruptor, Astral Destiny, Rainbow Machine, etc ) -Various other makes -Digitech GNX 3000 -Mooer Prime P1 I have some audio equipment and recording equipment, but I don't have a PA. Really important!: I'm looking for people that a bit more advanced in there ability to play and perform. I don't need to play with professionals, but want to work with people who have put somewhat similar effort into their craft. I'm looking for people that are good people, the type that I wouldn't mind hanging out with and getting together with outside of writing and practice.
