$500 Journeyman plumber - complete rough in on two half-baths

Hiring a licensed Joirneyman plumber to complete rough in on three bathrooms. One is dry-fit and needs to be checked and glued, the other two need to be laid out and done to code. This will be inspected. We can use your master or mine, but it has to be done right. I have the water pumped out and the fan on the last bathroom - should be dry by now.
