We found a lost blind black cat. He is microchipped but his owners have not been answering their calls to inform he has been found. He is a senior kitty named Ray and is super docile and sweet. His eyes are cloudy as well and he definitely is blind. If anyone has any info on the owners please let me know. I am keeping him safe until they are found.
