Juvenile Rabbit to good home

Description
Hi all, It is with great sadness that I have to part with my 10 month old New Zeland Cross bunny, Judy Hopps. I've had Judy since the day she was born due to a friend having an accidental litter and needing them gone asap. She is healthy, loving, and overall a joy to have around. Unfortunately, the place I live in is too small to house two dogs and a bunny so Judy doesn't have enough space to hop around and live her best life. By this time, I was supposed to be moving into a house where she would have ample amount of space but things did not work out as planned. I would like her to go to a home where she will be loved and cared for properly. She is crated only at night or if we're gone for a long period of time which is usually never, someones always home. She will come with her crate, her litter box (she is litter box trained but sometimes will spray because she isn't fixed yet), as well as her pellets and hay. Rabbits are pretty easy animals to take care of aside from making sure you clean their litter box every couple of days and keeping them away from electrical wires because they love to chew. This bread doesn't really like to be held, but when she warms up to you she will hop in your lap, do plenty of binkys around you, and just be excited to see you in general. It will take a bit to warm up to you, but once she does, she will be your best friend. She has never bitten me or any of my friends and she has never attacked anyone either. Shes a mellow, chill bunny. Due to having put so much time and effort into caring for her as well as the cost of her crate (it's brand new) I'm asking for a small rehoming fee to make sure shes going to someone who actually cares and is able to afford her. Her pellets are like 10-15 dollars a month she doesnt need much because pellets are more of a filler, hay can be bought at Walmart for 10-15 dollars for a big bag. She should have hay all the time, pellets maybe a small amount twice a day, and she should have salad (no iceburg) at least once a day if possible.
