Missing German Shepherd Puppy

My husband and I recently got a 5 month old German Shepherd puppy a day ago. Tonight we went to the dog park. We went around 8pm hoping there wouldn’t be anyone there so we could slowly introduce her to the park getting used to it. As my husband was walking her up to the gate she heard a dog bark in the neighborhood, she slipped her collar and ran away. We searched for hours trying to find her with no luck. We believe her last owners didn’t treat her well as she is terrified of people and other animals, we were told that she wasn’t however, that was not true. She isn’t aggressive but she is very fearful and will shake, hide and most likely not go up to you unless maybe you had a treat. She did take treats from me at home and will definitely eat any kibble with a little bit of water in it to soften it up. We will be putting up flyers tomorrow. She is already very special to me and we would appreciate any help we can get. She’s very young and I’ve been so worried about her, please please please contact me if you have seen her or have her.
