Grounds Maintenance at various Apartment Complexes in the Everett/Marysville lynnwood Job Description: cleaning trash in and around the parking area, blowing off walkways and by doorways and emptying garbages pressure washing Must have car to drive to various places. All supplies will be provided, which you will keep with you. (Blowers, backpack vacuum, broom/dustpan) Pay starting at $20.00 hour with a pay increase up to $21.00 after 30 days pay increase up to $22.00 after 60 days you will be payed 25 dollars a week for gas this is A 3 month fall job starts sept 6th ends Dec 1 You will be hired as a sub contractor with a 1099 and will be responsible for your own taxes taken out.you will need rain gear we work out in the rain Must be available to start Sept 6 Paydays are every other Friday you turn your time card in on Friday and will be paid on that Monday Job is Monday - Friday 9:00-am 2:00pm with weekends off. You will have 25 hours per week 5 hours a day
