Excellent opportunity to join a well-established family-owned business, a full-service Office Furniture dealer. We sell both new and used commercial grade office furniture specializing in office workstations and cubicles. We are seeking to fill a multi-faceted Driver/ Installer position. Position will include pulling orders, loading vehicles, pushing carts, furniture assembly, making deliveries in a non CDL box truck. You will also be utilizing hand tools to assemble, disassemble, relocate, and reconfigure office furniture in professional business settings. Cabinet building, assembly, or install experience relates well to the role. The ideal candidate will be someone with strong delivery driving experience, someone who is mechanically inclined with the ability to utilize tools regularly, a self-starter, and someone who is forward thinking, organized and punctual. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with OT as needed Responsibilities: • Driving a non CDL box truck making deliveries • Use Hand tools to assemble/disassemble office furniture • Install furniture at delivery sites • Load, secure and protect product in delivery vehicle • Safely transport merchandise Required Qualifications: • Ability to use hand tools • Previous Construction or Installation experience • Box truck experience • Must have a valid driver’s license • No more than 4 points on MVR • No Reckless or Careless Driving Starting wage: $18.00hr with Performance based increases offered after the probationary period!
