This is a two day class from 10am to 4pm. The objectives of this course include: List the major instructor responsibilities Contrast the differences between teaching adults and children List the characteristics that make a good instructor Be able to evaluate the audience for background and personality Identify the difference between teaching skills, concepts, and processes Choose effective questions to create audience interaction Discover three ways to use different presentation methods Identify visual aids that may add to the presentation Improve personal delivery skills through presentation practice and feedback Identify important feedback from evaluations *This class is one of the classes to become an Approved Instructor for Clock Hours in the State of Washington
