Thousands of people have lived with T1D over 50 years; the meeting shares the results of extensive research on those people & long-term T1D.
This conference is for anyone interested in the effects of long-term type 1 diabetes. The research to be presented is derived from studies of 50-year Joslin Medalists.
The Joslin Medalist Study was funded by JDRF, the NIH, and private donations. The research will be discussed by Dr. George King, the Principal Investigator of the Joslin Medalist Study, Dr. Sanjoy Dutta, VP of Research at JDRF, and others. The results are very exciting and positive! Medical professionals, media, fAmily members and JDRF staff are also welcome to attend.
The conference rate for the LAX Marriott is $109 for February 28, parking is $12.
The event is FREE and includes lunch. JDRF awarded an Impact Grant to Chris Stiehl to host this event. At the meeting, we will be asking you how JDRF can serve you in the future.
