The Isaacs Center is now recruiting for its award-winning Education and Workforce Program! We are currently looking for adolescents and young adults who are interested in either getting their GED. Pre-GED Program: Students have access to ELA, Math, History, and Science classes and workshops designed to help you be a better goal setter, plan for a career, and engage in social and emotional learning. Earn a $150 stipend for 70% attendance. GED Program: A more intensive class designed to prepare you for the GED test while giving you time to work a PAID internship. We offer career readiness, college planning, and social support workshops. Must be 16-24 years old Culinary Program: Participants work alongside professional chefs in a commercial kitchen for 6-7 weeks before being connected with a restaurant in which they work in a paid internship for an additional 12 weeks. High school diploma is required. Must be 18-24 years old
