Our Frequent Chocolate Eater's series starts again! A fun fresh way to learn about and eat chocolate. We will talk about the history of chocolate, the difference between craft and traditional chocolate, confectionary and compound chocolate, and of course taste amazing single origin bean to bar craft chocolate from some of the most fantastic origins and makers in the world. Your ticket includes: Chocolate tasting mat, flavor wheel, palate cleanse, tasting instruction, and 7 chocolate samples ( and a few surprises).
