September is National Bourbon Heritage Month, calling for the celebration of America's "Native Spirit" during the month-long holiday. Join House of Spirits for a tasting focused on celebrating the history of this great spirit! Sit back, relax, and unwind as Greg Gantz, our bar manager and bourbon enthusiast, reviews the history of distilling bourbon, teaches you how to taste and analyze the spirit, and shows you the distinguishing characteristics of the bottles sampled from some of the most well-known distilleries. Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 17 Year Bourbon will be the feature of this tasting, along with three other bourbons considered to be highly revered staples in the pastime of bourbon drinking. It will be a blind tasting format with all four bourbons revealed at the end. If you enjoy storytelling and want to gain more knowledge about the history of bourbon and individual distilleries, this is the tasting for you. It's sure to be a great learning experience! Tickets are extremely limited for this event and we will only be seating at the main bar inside House of Spirits. Enjoy having the house to yourself for the night as it will be closed to the public for you to fully enjoy the experience of this tasting! Doors will open at 5:00 PM and the tasting will begin at 6:30 PM. Additional drinks and food from our menu will be available to purchase both before and after the tasting.
