Join us at 9 a.m. in the back parking lot of the Akron Zoo to learn more about Akron's and Summit County's most consequential resident, John Brown. Dave Lieberth, volunteer Executive Secretary of the Akron Bicentennial and past board chairman of the Summit County Historical Society, will guide the tour in collaboration with local partners: the City of Akron, Akron Zoo, Summit County Historical Society and Leadership Akron. The event will occur rain or shine. Please dress appropriately and be prepared for a hike on unlevel terrain at an incline. Attendance does not include admission to the Akron Zoo.
