Daytime art making event workshop - choose you day time - September 8th September 9th and September 10th Held from 2-5:30 PM each day. Plan on at least 30 min. to make a participation piece - up to an hour. The Art In The Everyday Community Quilt Project Get your art persona on - stop in to make a 5" piece to be incorporated in this community art project - your completed piece(s) will be joined with 800+ others into the large community based sculptural quilt temporarily on display at fooLPRoof contemporary art gallery in RiNo through November 19th. The facilitating artist asks participants to contemplate the everyday - recycling is encouraged - Attend by yourself or with a friend or group of friends. Collage, assemble, paint, draw ... Supplies provided or bring your own materials ideas. $3 donation suggested and appreciated. Talk about - art in the everyday.
