Whether it's your first or your sixth baby, come learn how to make every stage of labor progress more smoothly. You will move beyond feelings of uncertainty to claim your power as life-giving agents. You'll learn and practice hands-on comfort measures so you can work together as a couple during labor. Class content is tailored to the unique needs of each couple, and is relevant no matter how and where you're planning to give birth! Snacks and dessert will be provided. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so that you're settled when we start class at 6:00 sharp! Door prizes will be given to the first two couples to arrive!
