Come spend a Sunday noon with fellow Long Islanders looking to expand and grow! Join us for this group life coaching workshop focused on living with more intention, focus and gratitude. This exercise in self-reflection, self-discovery and self-improvement is a great way to meet new people, get to know yourself better, and create an even better future for yourself. We'll work through a series of thoughtful questions and prompts as we challenge our current thinking and craft a more forward-looking and positive mindset. Guided by Bobby Vincench, Certified Master Life Coach. Bring a pen and paper (or your favorite note-taking device), and arrive a little early to buy your coffee (or other specialty drink) and settle in!
