La Marmotte is hosting a private-ticketed lunch event showcasing our Culinary Externs from Escoffier Culinary School in Boulder, CO. Each season, La Marmotte welcomes culinary students into our kitchen for an educational work experience, learning and training alongside our team and under the mentorship of Executive Chef, Stefanie Smith-Alias and Executive Sous Chef, Maggie DeMarco. Please join us to celebrate our students Taylor Howerter, Araceli Laborin, and Chris Marhevka.
As a part of the student's training at La Marmotte, during their last month of their externship they are given the opportunity to learn the process of brainstorming, developing, creating, planning, preparing, and executing a special menu. Using their knowledge from their culinary education, the techniques and skills they've developed training with Chef Stefanie and Chef Maggie, and their passion and love for food, the students have worked diligently to create a menu featuring 3 courses with wine pairings.
