Join us for California Coastal Cleanup Day on Saturday, September 17, 2022, from 9:00 am to noon. Register today and be the solution to water pollution in Santa Clara County! This registration is for an in-person site. Every participant will need to sign a waiver. Waivers will be emailed out to participants after registration is complete. Contact [email protected] with any questions about this in-person site. Cleanup supplies will be provided. Gloves, bags, and other supplementary cleanup supplies will be provided on site.Stay hydrated! Fill up your reusable water bottle before you head out.Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and a hat! Don't forget to use sunscreen.Talk Trash and help spread the word by sharing cleanup posts and photos through social media. About California Coastal Cleanup Day: Coastal Cleanup Day is an international day of action to protect our oceans, watersheds, and wildlife from trash and debris. This massive volunteering effort has an astounding impact on many of our local natural habitats and communities. In 2019, the Ocean Conservancy reported that nearly 800,000 volunteers collectively removed more than 20 million pieces of trash from beaches and waterways around the world.
