help refinishing wood floor, painting interior

The title says it all, I'll have equipment to sand and refinish a hardwood floor, as well as painting supplies. Looking for extra hands with the sanding mostly. Probably 4, maybe 5 days of solid work, depending on hours and your experience. Any tools you want to bring are welcome of course. Would be happy to pay a flat rate or by the hour. Talk to me about a price that works for you, if you don't like the price I posted here. we're located in the south end of burlington, in a 1500 square foot home. If you can only work one day, or if you can work all of them, we could work with that. Trying to schedule this September 14-20th range
