Labor for Bathroom Remodel in Cocoa Beach

Looking for someone to help remodel the master bathroom in a ocean front condominium in Cocoa Beach. We will start work on Monday August 29th at about 8 AM and work until Thursday at 5 PM. Depending on how it goes, we might work Friday morning as well, for 3 or 4 hours. You are welcome to stay in the 2nd bedroom in the condo or go home in the evening. Most of the work will involve tearing out and remodeling the master bathroom in a condominium which I own. There will be a lot of heavy lifting during the whole construction process, so I need someone who is prepared to work. You need to have your own car to get to Cocoa Beach and to get around during off hours. Prior experience in construction would be extremely helpful, especially tiling experience; but it is not absolutely necessary. The actual work involves tearing out drywall and concrete board, removing a wood platform, removing a large Jacuzzi bath, and disposing of it, painting and sealing, tiling, drywalling etc. Once everything is removed, we will seal the floor and walls and install a new shower. This will be a great opportunity to gain an understanding of construction practices given we will be doing a small amount of plumbing, painting, building walls, electrical wiring, tiling, replacing the water heater, etc. Willing to pay $18-$22 cash per hour, and a $100 bonus if you work the whole 4 days.
