Just like we need diversity in our diets for a healthy gut, we need diversity in movement for the health of our bodies. Your joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia...it was all made to move...often...and in different ways.
In Joint Exploration, you will learn about your body (the actual anatomy) and how it functions. You will learn step by step how to tune into your body, move in the way your body needs, and to control your movement. In doing so, your brain becomes more active. Your body becomes stronger and more stable. You learn to become aware of and trust your physical ability. You improve your athleticism. You will learn the building blocks and steps toward having a deeper understanding and appreciation of your own body. You will be given the tools you need to move better, feel better, and live better!
