Beautify Cambria Association's Dark Skies Initiative is excited to announce an evening of learning about and enjoying our night sky. This year's speaker will be David Breda, NASA engineer for the James Webb Telescope! His knowledge and images of this amazing NASA telescope is sure to be an awe-inspiring presentation! Our evening will include refreshments, silent auction items and a look at the night sky through telescopes. A $10 donation per person is requested, which supports this event and Beautify Cambria Association's other activities promoting our beautiful starlit nights. Please join us as we partner with NASA for Observe the Moon Night!
Beautify Cambria Association reserves the right to change speakers for the evening if our scheduled one becomes unavailable, or cancel the event as needed due to unforeseen circumstances. As always, telescope viewing depends on a clear evening sky and reduced ambient lighting in the surrounding area. Beautify Cambria respectfully requests that individuals observe Covid precautions appropriate to their vaccination and current health status. Beautify Cambria Association is a tax-exempt (501 (c) 3), non-profit volunteer group dedicated to preserving and enhancing Cambria's unique beauty.
