For Troop 766 Scouts and their families/guests only! This is the 5k that Jen was talking about at the Advancement Meeting. The event is Sunday, September 18th and the race starts at 8:00 am. The location is Guthridge Park (704 Emmons St, Hiawatha). Participants can run or walk. All ages are welcome. Proceeds go to the Foundation 2 Crisis Service. PLEASE PLEASE hurry and register! The deadline is the Court of Honor this Monday (8/29) due to the t-shirt order!!! Payment must be received that night (or before) or we can't register you! Details: 1) Jen Biewen got us a special heavily discounted rate of $10 per participant which includes a high-quality, long-sleeved race shirt! The cost is normally $35. 2) We will be registering as a group, so you'll need to provide your date of birth when you register. 3) Youth (under 18) must have an adult guardian present to attend. 4) Payment is by check (payable to "Troop 766"), cash, or Scout Account. Payment MUST be made by the Court of Honor on Monday (8/29)!!!!
