a little help with scooter wiring

Someone busted all the wires off of the ignition of my honda scooter, while trying and failing to steal it. I attempted to re-attach them but I am no mechanic. Bike has always run fine but I cannot get it to power up. If anyone wants to help, you can work on it at my place or I can bring it to you. Happy to pay an hourly rate for the work.
