Join us for an evening of sipping sacred, ceremonial grade cacao, embodied movement, guided meditation, connection, intention setting and of course, all the vibes. Whether you are new to cacao or have enjoyed countless cups, this ceremony will be a place to ground down, connect with the community, open your heart, set powerful intentions into motion, and receive whatever healing Mama Cacao intuitively knows to offer you. In this 2.5 hour-long experience, we will flow between sipping cacao, sharing the lineage and both health and spiritual benefits of cacao, a guided meditation, intention setting, and embodied movement. We will end the evening with a high vibe dance party. Open to all ages and experience levels $30 in advance $35 day of WHAT IS CACAO: Cacao comes from the edible seed of the cacao tree, which is native to tropical regions such as Central and South America. After cacao beans are harvested from the tree, they are pulled from the shells and left in the sun to naturally ferment and dry. Cacao is known for its impressive nutrient profile, and many even call it a “superfood.” It is a sacred plant medicine that has been cultivated, harvested, and used in ceremonies by Mayans for thousands of years. Beyond the powerful health benefits, cacao is a heart-opening medicine and allows us to tap into an elevated state of being. To put it simply, it’s like a hug from the inside out. ABOUT ANN-BRITT Ann-Britt Hakansson has been a cacao ceremonialist with Legacy Cacao for the past 3 years. She facilitates women’s circles and cacao ceremonies all over California and Colorado. Ann-Britt is also a women’s leadership coach, branding expert, reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and is passionate about bringing people together to raise the collective vibration and tap into our unlimited potential. She is on a mission to empower humans to live in their full authentic expression and help them connect with their own healing abilities so that they can live big, bold, beautiful lives. Ann-Britt grew up skiing, hiking, and playing in Lake Tahoe and is deeply honored to call this place home. ABOUT SHAKARI Shikari also known as Mich Michael or Cosmic Love Tiger is a free-spirited lover of life! His overflowing presence of love will be sure to make an everlasting impact on your healing journey. From his sweet smile, generous heart and playful nature, your soul will receive a beautiful upgrade on how to live a life in the flow state driven by your passions & purpose. Shikari is the owner of Olympic Valley Stables in the majestic mountains of Lake Tahoe, California where he hosts weddings, conscious events and artistic gatherings. He loves sharing his musical talents as a galactic dance DJ mixing up the dance floor with deep disco house and tribal fusion as well as playing many instruments as a cosmic sound healer. Shikari is a plant-based chef who crafts the most delicious & nutritious cuisine that turns your meal into a sensual experience. As a photographer & videographer, he thrives when collaborating with other unique artists where they empower each other to expand beyond their wildest potential. Shikari is a reiki master and intuitive healer with a gift of honoring the divine masculine & divine feminine within us all. This gentle creature pours his love & bliss into all his connections and creations, inspiring others to live a life they truly love while being grateful for each waking moment.
