Job Description Refrigeration equipment: • Condenser coil cleaning • Compressor replacement • Fan motor replacement • Temperature control replacement • Charging of refrigeration systems • Other routine maintenance (i.e. bearing and seal changes, belts, drive motors, etc.) • Ice machine cleaning and repair (i.e. compressor, water pump, fan motor, contactors, timers, etc.) HVAC equipment: • Compressor replacement • Fan motor replacement • Thermostat replacement • Condenser coils replacement • Evaporator coils replacement • Knowledge of both split systems and package units • Knowledge of A/C computer boards • Monthly filters change • 6 month coil cleaning/cleaning drain lines General Handyman work: • Replacing ceiling tiles • Fence/gate repair • Light bulb replacement • Ballast for light fixture replacement • Light plumbing duties o Toilet handles o Toilet seats o Toilet flappers o Sink faucets o Sink water lines o P traps • Cooling tower maintenance and repair: o Monthly draining and cleaning o Repair on fan motors o Repair on booster pump o Temperature control o Water level regulator/bypass • Light painting • Limited sheetrock work • Light millwork o Build/install shelving o Repair countertop • Pressure washing • Emergency services: o Board up broken glass window/door • Festival needs o Load/deliver/set up equipment for special event o Service event equipment as needed o Clean and store equipment when completed • Inventory management of parts (both truck and warehouse par levels) Lifting requirements • maximum amount to lift solo would be 60lbs and assisted 100lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Willing to drive to different stores in need of repairs.
