Need concession help THIS SATURDAY and SUNDAY ONLY - AUG 27TH and 28TH. We will be serving food at the Michiana Rennaissance Festival at St. Joseph 4H Fairgrounds. We serve Drunken Mushrooms, Buffalo Burgers. Scotch Eggs, Roast Beast, and more. We serve Saturday and Sunday, then we break down either Sunday night or Monday. There may be some hours available for break down. You must be willing to help plate food, wash dishes, restock steam table, and other general duties. Must be reliable, clean, and willing to work on your feet for long periods and work outdoors, (under a tent). Must be willing to wear Rennaissance clothing, (which we provide).
