Join a gentle, accessible yoga class specifically addressing some of the common physical woes makers experience - neck and shoulder pain, hand and wrist fatigue, and low back aches. This workshop will include movement, breath work, and final relaxation. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel, and any yoga props they like to use (block, cushion, etc). This class can be experienced on the floor, or seated in a chair.
