Learn the parts of your posture that are important to address, the ones that are not, and how the shape of your body might be affecting your gait, digestion, attention and more. You will leave with an idea of what you can do at home to address postural issues.
Bring a smart phone or tablet so you can have pictures of your evaluation. The classes are offered in studio and on line via zoom.
