Reliable childcare wanted in home

Hello, Father of 3. My oldest son is 13. Daughter is 11 & my youngest son is 8. I’ve been a single father most of their life and I’m looking for someone who could help 5 days a week after school for 2-3 hours and make sure they are getting home safe and taking care of basic responsibilities like home work and be prepared for the next day. I am a business owner so my schedules very hectic. This would be 2-3 hours a day Monday-Friday. Pay would be discussed over the phone and we would come to a agreement that is more than fair! Bottom line I want to be certain my kids have a little more support than I can give at this time. I’d ask that the person fit for this job would be between 18-25 and be reliable and responsible. I’m willing to open my home to the right person and trust them with my children. This is a situation with 3 children that need extra support to help them be successful. Background check is a must due to the fact childcare is the duty! I’m looking for long term over the school year that’s one day at a time no pressure kind of job. Just make sure my kids are on track and be that mentor that every child could use!! I look at this as a part time job that’s very important since my children are my number 1!
