Broder & Sachse Real Estate is looking for Maintenance Technicians for our properties in Goose Creek and Summerville, South Carolina! *Up to $25/hr compensation package - includes team member housing discount. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the physical condition of property and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, and protecting the property and equipment from damage, loss, and deterioration. Who You Are: Demonstrates and models Broder & Sachse’s core values Experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping, required Reliable transportation, required What You'll Be Doing: Complete service requests: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and miscellaneous repairs Maintain interior and exterior common areas Prepare apartments for move ins Complete emergency and preventative repairs to prevent damage or deterioration. Operate maintenance equipment (Including, but not limited to; saws, drills, power washers, paintbrushes, drywall, nail guns, hammers, screwdrivers, electrical tools/ devices, plumbing tools/ devices, cleaning equipment, rental equipment, lifts, ladders Who We Are: We manage a diverse portfolio, offering its residents and tenants access to a world-class ecosystem of amenities and opportunities.
